- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had an account at this location for many years - even when it was Downey. Recently I had a bad experience with a fraud alert. I went in on Nov. 4, 2016 and had to close all of my accounts to prevent any fraud, and I reopened new accounts at the same time. On November 14th two fraudulent charges were charged to me with my debit card (that had been cancelled on 11-4-16). Somehow the bank transferred my debit card on my old account to my new account. I spoke with Holly Handy at this location and asked her to make a phone call to download a document. She said she would help but after 2 days I gave up. Customer Service was not her priority. I went down the street to the US Bank at Albertsons and they took care of me immediately.By Sally Holmen, May 27, 2017
