- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Thank you immensely to the staff and management at UPS Store #5590, in Escondido. My wife and I were hurrying to catch a flight home to Seattle after her father's funeral. We had a few family keepsakes, some of which were in aged and fragile condition. Not much value in financial worth, but truly irreplaceable heirlooms. We were greeted, and discussed options. We left it all in what we believed the store's capable hands to pack and send, as s we headed to the airport. Upon the contents arrival to Seattle, we were so impressed at the extra effort and professional packaging. Small items (such as military medals and ribbons) were repackaged and the presentation American Flag was securely wrapped so as to prevent any disturbance. All this was beyond our discussion at the store. It is clearly the product of experience, knowledge, and service above and beyond others. We left the store satisfied, yet were best gratified after receiving our packages. Thank you, sincerely, for your exemplary service at short notice.By Gerry Adams, April 14, 2017

- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I made three trips here to pick up a package that wasn't mine. I received a sticker notice on my door so I drove over and they couldn't find my package. Then another sticker, after asking for my i.d. they gave me an envelope that did not have my name on it and two days later called me to say they were going to send my package back if I didn't come in to pick it up...went there again to be told that the package was not mine and they had already sent it back!
