- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I DON'T KNOW WHAT THESE OTHER GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT. This guy was very good man my car is a 95 and he got it to pass first time. and the price was only 45 bucks out the door. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I just had my '77 Toyota truck smog checked at EP this morning and of all the ones I've been to in the many years I've owned this truck, this was the best by far. I was done in less than a half hour, and Sam, the owner, is the friendliest mechanic I've met. I really don't believe a few of the posts from a few years ago unless back then EP was under different ownership. His price is among the lowest I found, and many star stations don't even want to bother with antiques like mine as it takes a lot more work and time than with modern cars. I found Sam to be polite, efficient, and friendly. Given my past experience, I would give EP 10 stars if I could.By John Brand, February 12, 2017
